Great Gericom Aftersales Service

For a change, a good report of aftersales service in the comp. business, I bought the Aldi/Gericom laptop last Sep. for my daughter at Uni. Recently the graphics started playing up ( dotted vertical lines ) so rang the Gericom helpline. This got their German call-centre and an extremely polite young man (could speak German, English, Spanish and Portuguese!!) immediately arranged for the laptop to be picked up by DHL and sent to a company in London. DHL picked the unit up a week ago and it was returned today with a new Motherboard and everything seeming to be OK. How's that for service?? :-)
