Great customer service from Creative

Six weeks ago I bought 2 Creative Vision M media players from Amazon which suddenly stopped working.(the computer would not recognise the players).Creative provides telephone support(free) and they must have spent almost an hour with me going through all the possibilities.Turns out it was Windows Media Player 11(still in beta) which was causing the problem.
Everything fine now , full marks to Creative.In 3 phone calls they answered within 1 minute abd were patient,helpful and polite.
Creative sell many thousands of units yet they can provide great customer service.Now if only some computer manufacturers would take note....
