Ordered a PSU with Dual Tri-Colour Fans. Product sent came with dual black fans. As it would have been time consuming and probably costly, I enote them. Got the bopg standard reply about RMA etc. Said they did not read my note properly as I was accepting the product but expect a refund of sorts from them for the mistake and inconvenience. Reply £5 compensation. I thought this was fair as the PSU cost £22 incl. vat.

Considering the volume of goods eBuyer send out on a daily basis, one mistake is not too bad, unless of course, you are the recipient.
