hi, i have just purchased this PC

i think im fine looking at the price i got it for + the specs...?
but could anyone tell me if this would be suitable for Video editing (including hd editing), the only thing im slighly concerned about is the speed of the ram- am i correct?

oh and one other thing, this pc has a 8500gt 1gb, and my current card is a gainward bliss 7600gs 'goes like hell' edition with 256mb gddr...

will this card outperfom the one that comes with the pc?

No, they'll be about the same for the usage* intended. The 7600GS may actually outperform the 8500GT because it has faster DDR3 RAM.

About the system RAM speed (667Mhz), ideally you'd want 800Hmz but with 4Gb of it (& assuming you won't be overclocking), there isn't going to be any noticeable difference.

Even though it's got 1/4 the RAM, speed of graphics RAM is usually more important than amount - unless your running games or 3D applications at very high resolutions
