I'm on my third Flatron 775FT Monitor in 2 years. The first died. The replacement never worked and looked well-used externally. The current one is fine so far but I'm concerned about the reliability of the model particularly once the warranty expires.Flatron got replacements to me quickly.Shouldn't a CRT monitor be one of the more reliable devices in a system?

Similar story.
Flatron 915FT plus.
Original bought January 2003

Replaced 18/7/03 due to picture width becoming unstable and changing of its own accord

Replacement changed 1/8.03 because colour balance kept flicking and changing

Replacement changed 6/8.03 because it arrived damaged

Replacement changed 4/9/03 because the colour balance was unstable - it would change of its own accord

Hence I had 5 monitors that year - but LG were always helpful and prompt and the current one has given me no problems - fingers crossed.
