Failing AGP Card

I've got an ATI X800XT which I bought February 22nd 2005 for £300. In the last week or so the fan has been making a racket, I've checked the fan and nothing is touching it so I suspect the bearings.

Do I have the sales of goods act behind me? £300 for an item that has lasted 2 years seems unreasonable to me.

I would settle for a repair to fix/replace the fan, though I'm unsure how easily this can be done by the vendor, or even myself (parts readily available?).

I doubt you would have any success with the sale of goods act, with fans and bearings.

exercise a little care when fitting it and make sure it doesn't hit any of the components on the card; somebody posted on here a couple of weeks ago having broken something off their card fitting a cooler which claimed to be compatible.
