F1 - non race

How can starting and running behind the safety car be racing?
Another farcical 'race'.

Meant to put in speakers corner!

Seemed to end OK.

Drivers don't "race" behind the safety car, only maintain the race position they were in when the safety car was called out.

Started that way for safety reasons FIA did not want carnage in first corner.

This is the second race that has been a washout!

I blame the FiA as it was their decision to bring the venues forward to a time when you are more likely to see rain.

what are you on about? the todays race was not a washout, yes it rained but it was not a wash out, all the laps were completed and in the time limit so how was it a washout? their is nothing wrong with a wet race every once in a while.

as for the venues being brough forward, again what are you on about? yes the chinese gp has been moved but as already pointed out that was not a washout so i dont see the problem in that and as for the Malaysian gp, well that has been held in march/april for all but 2 years since it came back to the f1 calander and i believe that it has only rained once in that time (not including this year), the problem with the Malaysian gp this year was the stupid time of day not a stupid time of year

put it another way how many european F1 have rain? plenty
