Excellent support from PowerDVD

I have had PowerDVD3 for some time, although I only used it occasionally. Having recently upgraded my OS to XP SP2 I tried to play a dvd and PowerDVD would not run. Applied the XP patch - no joy. I D/l the new version and that also would not run.

I need to view a DVD for my course work and was thinking that I was going to have to spend money on a new programme or a DVD player.

Mailed Cyberlink at 8.00pm on Sunday night and received a reply at 10.30pm with detailed instructions of how to resolve the problem and they worked.

Absolutely amazing!

Very good. I emailed the passport dept a while ago with a query also on a Sunday and got a reply within a few hours.
