Evesham repair

My son sent his laptop under warranty, back for repair, Evesham had to send it back to the manufacturer, this has taken approx 4/5 weeks. When it was returned to Evesham, they needed to check it over before returning it to us. It did not arrive here on the stated day, and when we checked up we were told it had been lost, and would be replaced. However yesterday the original laptop was delivered unexpectanty. Only for us to discover that it is still faulty. Apart from the inconveniance, this has cost us £50 in courier fees, and £15 in telephone calls.
