Has anybody had problems with this company?I am reporting them to the Trading Standard Officer next week.They seem incapable of answering e-mails when it comes to complaints.Capred.

Thanks Gandalf,tried that last week.The first reply was the same automated system that refuses to answer e-mails.I am still waiting for the promised call from a human being(always assuming there are some working there).Capred

It never ceases to amaze me at the cavalier attitude of some companies.

For the sake of answering an e-mail or the telephone, they are jeopardising their businesses.

Or couldn't they care less?

Like jakimo, I have looked at this excellent site and it is a real eye opener.

All correspondents:Have finally managed to speak to human being who assures me matter will be cleared up in 48hrs and is full of apologies.This is fine but they cannot make up for the lost trade of my friends who will no longer look at their site due to the problems I encountered.Totally agree with Arnie,there are a lot of companies out there & it's survival of those fit enough to run a business.Capred.
