Efficent 3G Data Card Service?

I am currently attempting to use an O2 3G Data Card from Blue Anchor Bay in Somerset and my blood presure is rising to dangerus levels at the frustratingly slow and often non existent connection speeds.
Visiting Minehead I came across a leaflet with," Go Faster New 3G DataCard". Has anyone used this and does it meet the claims of being FASTER?

I visit Watchet and Blue Anchor quite alot and the reception there is dire. Little that can be done I'm afraid.

to be honest 3G is not all it cracked up to be were testing it at work for mobile users and it's not good you have to be with in 3 feet to get anything near what they say you should get to be hoonest if you got isdn speed you on to a good day
