Looks like eComputers LTD deals mostly on E-bay.
Just a matter of seeing what type of feedback the seller has.

Have you checked the specifications and price on the Dell website?.

I have never heard of eComputers Ltd, but Dell do have outlets for their range of products, sometimes returns, refurbished or overstocks.

If it is an eBay seller, then check their feedback and when they were registered. I bought a new computer through eBay a few years back from a power seller. The item that I had was not as expected when I ran SIW, and the company then started to have negatives and went bust a short while after, then started another company.
