Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I've just received an email from "Postmaster at echosat.com." Its subject is Delivery Status Notification (Failure) and it has an attachment. My ISP didn't flag it as suspected spam, but I've never heard of echosat.com, so of course I haven't opened it.

Following a quick Google, it appears that echosat are involved in facilitating secure online payment transactions, but I've certainly never tried to email them, and in fact it's been a couple of months since I bought anything at all online.

Is this a new nuisance? Can anyone shed any light?
