I am buying a Iiyama monitor (E431S- is this a good choice?) and have been told it does not come with a DVI cable. Not knowing a great deal about computers, could somone please tell me what kind I should be getting (either to match up to the monitor or best make) and what I do with it when I get it?!!

Thank you!

I have a Iiyama prolite E481s 19" and have used a dvi cable from the gaphic's card to the monitor, cable cost me about £29 in pc world.I can't tell you if it's any better than a normal monitor cable because i have not tried one. It's reported to be better picture quality than normal cables but your graphic's card must have a dvi output so check before you buy.

as said check both graphics card and monitor for DVI connections but search for a DVI cable elsewhere all cables from PC world seem to be at the top end of the price scale
