Dabs RMA is taking too long

I bought a B-grade sony LCD monitor from dabs, when it arrived it had a large black pressure mark on the screen, I sent it back with an RMA they have had the monitor and my money for about two weeks now, when I email them they say the monitor is being tested, is there anything I can do to hurry things up. I returned the monitor two days after receiving it so I understand I am covered by the distance selling regs.

With Dabs there is very little you can do to hurry them up. They are a law to themselves. All you can do is keep emailing.
