Perhaps I'm being blind but I can't find a phone number on the website ... despite boasts of taking about three hours to deal with email queries, it's taking 24 hours to get a response and it's driving me up the wall. Does anyone have a customer service phone number for them, please?

Thank you!

I hope you have better luck in contacting them by phone than others have.

I just read one posting where the member waited an hour at 0870 rates. The alternative cheaper numbers just referred back to the 0870 one.

Their preferred method of contact by e-mail seems to be less than ideal, as they are often ignored.

are one of the worst for dealing on-line only. Suppose you want more information about a product BEFORE buying?

I have purchased many thinjgs elsewhere, including a laptop because Dabs had no telephone contact to answer questions.

Dabs, please note.

Dabs are now owned by BT, and they have no customer support telephone number. Now that speaks volumes! :o(

then take the M61 to J6, signed the reebok stadium. Coincidentally, near scan computers. follow the signs for A6 south for about a mile untill you come to some traffic lights with a right turn marked wingates trading estate. Turn right and follow your nose, you eventually come to dabs, but good luck getting past security! I used to collect there, so thats how I know.

The problem in contacting them is not a good advert.
