Cybersitter/Norton conflict

If you're running Norton Internet Security, and you want a net filter to protect the family etc, don't try and install Cybersitter. I tried and Norton interfered with the blocking function on Cybersitter - all kinds of innocuous stuff was getting stopped.

Naturally this conflict isn't mentioned on the Cybersitter site from where I got it - despite the huge popularity of Norton software. But on about my third support e-mail from Solid Oak (Cybersitter) - their technical support was good btw - they said "if you can get Cybersitter to work with Norton you're one of the lucky ones". Thanks for telling me. They did at least give me a very prompt refund (makes me think I'm not the first)
