Cougar do it again!

Sunday evening I turn on my PC (delivered last October) to hear a clicking noise, a slower than usual boot up and no second HDD showing in My Computer or Disk Management. Monday morning I ring Cougar from work and, no quibbles, after a few questions about the system, I am asked to send the disk back to them for replacement. I post it on Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening I find a message on my answering machine to tell me that the old disk had been received and the the replacement had been sent Recorded Delivery. This morning I missed the postman, but he had tried to deliver the disk. I shall walk down the road and collect it tomorrow.
