Haven't used Mushkin, so can't comment on them, but I would have to say that the other three, are all excellent types of memory, and all come with a lifetime warranty.

At present I have 4 x 512Mb pc3200 Geil ram, and over the past year have found it to be flawless.(got it at a steal from micro-direct)

If I was recommending a company though, it would have to be Crucial, whose delivery and aftersales service is exemplary.

I just built my own gaming system with OCZ 1024MB platinum matched pair modules. And to be truthful, have not noticed much difference compared to 1024 of crucial memory in my other system. I'm sure It will benefit if I start overclocking my system but for normal everyday tasks and applications i would stick to the cheaper crucial stuff.
