Only loosely related to computers!

I have a JVC set top box. On the rear is an audio output which is helpfully labelled "Digital Audio ouput (coaxial)".
I want to know which plug fits this socket.
After much deliberation JVC customer services said, "It is coaxial".

I think it could be a stereo phono socket -any advice gratefully accepted.

The manual says "Digital Audio Ouput - digital" a
There is a diagram showing the STB connected directly to a Hi-Fi. That's it! No other reference.

Thanks for the link.
From the selection of cables it suggests that a convertor is required.

which is not what the manual indicates.

Have mailed JVC to see if they can provide a definitive answer.

Thanks to you both

Then it will be an RCA plugs and lead accessory.
