Recieved my Carrera PC Sat 21st Dec. no recovery disc or any insructions. Started PC but keeps on crashing screen says hardware software conflict. After numerous attemps to call, always engaged, sent email to sales, tech phoned me 23rd Dec say use recovery disk, new disk in post they say tonight, as of todays date 2nd Jan no disk.
Recieve reply Friday 3rd Jan am. another disk will be sent, as of todays date still no disk.
All phone lines engaged after several attempts today.
Beware all future prospective buyers, phone help lines to check speed of response.
To PC Adviser suggest when you review PC's you purchase as a typical buyer then the truth will be known of all suppliers throught a year.
