CARRERA extended technical support hours.

From listening to our valued customers and reading the forums we have taken on board the comments that a lot of customers would appreciate extended technical support times.

We have looked at our competition and found that the standard offering is Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Mesh Computers. Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm
Evesham Micros. Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm, 1.30am to 5.30pm
Multivision. Monday-Friday 9.30am to 6pm

Taking this into account we are currently recruiting extra field engineers, bench engineers and support staff so that from the 22nd March we will be extending our support hours to.

Monday 8.45am to 6pm
Tuesday 8.45am to 8pm
Wednesday 8.45am to 6pm
Thursday 8.45am to 8pm
Friday 8.45am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 12pm
(Closed daily for Lunch 1-1.30pm)

We believe with these hours and our 3 year on-site warranty, standard on most machines, are addressing our valued customers requirements and will strive to continue bettering our service to support our customers to a level they would expect and deserve being valued CARRERA customers.

At CARRERA we do take customer service very seriously and accept that sometimes errors are made. We believe in listening to our customers and reinvesting in these departments to make sure that any challenges are minimised.

Should you have any queries or comments the Directors at CARRERA would like to hear from you directly and we would ask you to email [email protected] or [email protected]

Got any jobs going ;-)

Nice to know customers are being listened to, lets hope we notice a difference.

I presume you've done the same kind of analysis into the calls being made to see if you can stop your customers having to make them in the first place (root cause anaylsis).
