Hi all. Ive just found a great deal on this - click here monitor, but first need to know, is it possible to use it as a monitor? And if so, how, which outputs from PC, cables etc do I need?

Thanks a lot in advance for any help

Gavin

Even if you could (which I doubt) it wouldn't be any good. At 640 x 480 you would only have 16 colours.

The cause isn't lost - quite a number of TFT TV sets can be used as a computer monitor as well and manufacturers make that clear.

The reverse is also the case as some TFT computer monitors are supplied with a built-in or optional TV tuner. However, viewing angles on TFT computer monitors are normally not as wide as the television versions and refresh rates may be lower.
