Buying a new laptop, which is better?

I'm buying a new laptop and I can't decide which one suits me better. I will be using it for work and occasional gaming (I really want it to run games like Project Cars or F1). For this purpose, I would pick the one with better graphics, but there is a (in my opinion, otherwise tell me I'm wrong) quite significant CPU performance decrease. Does anyone have an experience with these CPU's and configurations? Should I worry about not running these racing games on FHD with GT 840M? Also, is 840M really better than 740M? (the reduced bus size is not the best idea IMO)
1) i7-4700HQ, GeForce GT 840M, FHD, 8GB RAM
2) i5-4210H, GeForce GTX 850M, FHD, 8GB RAM
3) i7-4712MQ, GeForce GT 840M, HD ready, 8GB RAM
4) i7-4700MQ, GeForce GT 740M, HD readu, 8GB RAM
About the display resolution, it doesn't really matter to me (, I'll by connecting a separate FHD display most of the time anyways.
Thanks for replies!
