BT good sirvice

Well my Hub arrived yesturday only one day late which BT gave me £50 off my next bill but when i opened my Hub box no phone in replace a nice new digital cordles phone as a way of saying sorry that their was a delay with the hub phone and won't be with me for 6-8 weeks so well done BT.

Perhaps its me, but I find your thread a little confusing.Perhaps more clearer details may help. Will BT not send the 'hub phone' for another 6-8 weeks, and in the meantime, have given you a free cordless phone and £50 off your next bill. Is that what you are saying!.

Could be me this morning and my brain not working as it's meant to.
The £50 was the fact that BT didn't dispatch the Hub unit so i lost a day's leave from my holiday which i was saving up for when my son arrives into this great world.

The free phone was them saying sorry for the fact my hub phone is delayed.
