BT cut off

  recap 16:20 07 Jul 03

Back in March of this year our second computer centre got disconnected due to over use. This was a user error on our part and steps have been take to rectify the situation. We had to fax BT with basically an apology and stating that we do understand the terms and conditions of the contract. This we did, but, it took BT three days to reconnect us. The reason for the hold up they said was that they had lost the fax.

Now, they disonnected us again. This time the reason was that at the time of the previous disconnection, they were doing a capture of connections. We fell in both captures and it has taken them three months to catch up due to staffing problems. I again had to send a fax to get the connection back up.

So if a connection has been cut off, can you then expect to be cut off again in around three months time for the same reason?
