hi everyone

I bought pc from carrera,one month was the best pc ever i bought from a well respected company.

I never had any problem at all.yesterday Friday 26/11/2004
I had small problem i called the software technical it was about 21.00 pm, they promise me the engineer will call me back with 1 and a half hour.

After one and a half hour the engineer called me about 23.00 as they promise,the engineer was so helpful and polite, now the problem had been fixed.

The best thing i like most is the technical support open 24/7/365(hardware).

If your need software support 24/7/365 you have to pay £35 a year which is so worth it.

I am going to upgrade the support to 5 years(software support)£105,70,or you can pay around £4 per month until you pay everything.about 4 years.

finally whatever you choose good luck.but take my advise you will noe regret it from from carrera.
