Bought some great headphones for my MP3 player from Argos.
£11 and better than the ones that came with the MP3 player!

A movie called Stardust. Highly recommended.

I now want an upscaling DVD player, DivX compatible.

I thoroughly endorse the Sony 32p3020 LCD HD ready TV as an absolute bargain and one of the best quality ones I've seen.

"...a wedding for my daughter last Saturday!!"

So does that qualify as best or worst?

  Pine Man 16:40 09 Jun 08

Surprisingly - the best. She is one of three daughters and the LAST to get married. I now know what it is to be really poor;-)

An 11inch TFT with Freeview with 12volt operation.
From Maplin. (analog/digital/av)

Worst thing: LG Viewty KU990 mobile. Hate it. Lots of features but doesn't do any of them well.

Best Thing: Nintendo Wii for my son

I bought this £49.99 DVD player from our local Maplins last week, it's upscaling and plays any old pc file plus has a card reader and usb socket.

Best thing: a Round the World Cruise for me and the missus to celebrate my 70th and our 45 years together in January 2009

Worst thing: An airfare for our granddaughter to go and work in China for a year.
