ATI Radeon Video adaptors

I have found in the last 24 hours that ATI have no customer care unit for the UK so beware!
The DVI to VGA adaptor on my Radeon All in Wonder 8500DV card fell in two thus leaving me without a usable card [had to swap for an old one].
Whilst ATI supliers were polite and tried to be helpful they didnt stock this little esential piece of kit only complete cards plus kits.
ATI have no customer contact on their website for this eventuality either, only standard problems.
Eventually I had to ring Canada and hang on then bully them into sending me one [we only supply USA and Canada was their initial response]
BUT it will take 20 to 30 days!!!
The most helpful response has come from PC Advisor who have offered tpo try and find a supplier who can help me.
Well Done PCA Poor service indeed ATI

Try the above link. They have them for £7.64.
Google came up trumps again!
