Boring topic but can anyone explain the difference between these two motherboards to me?

It could be something to do with the different external connectors on each.
D667=network connector.

On this occasion DDR667 refers to a type of DDR RAM memory both can take, otherwise the main difference is that one has firewire onboard.

The '667' board also has an onboard graphics card but as I'll be using an external card I don't need it!
