Another good shop to add to the list

Ordered a firewire cable from click here 2.00pm yesterday arrived 8.00am today (and £12.00 cheaper than my local comet store wanted)

That's good service indeed.

Mind you, I've been into Comet, Currys, PC World etc and discovered that their prices are generally way above the norm.

I needed an ADSL splitter, for instance, which was a staggering £15 in PC World and about a third or even less elsewhere; in fact I've seen them since at £1.49...:-(

I've had the same kind of service from the usual source.....Crucial.

Crucial is now the generic name for top quality products and the highest standard of customer care...:-)

Impressed with the Epson e-talk service too: I bought an Epson P-2000 image viewer from a John Lewis store in London as they weren't available in my city. There was no wrist strap included, and when I rang JL, they told me it'd be quicker to ring Epson.

A quick exchange via e-talk yesterday afternoon, strap delivered this morning, and no hanging on the phone for hours
