I have just discovered that for every music CD that I have purchased from Amazon since 1999, they have put these on my account as free downloads. Whilst I have copied some of these CD to my I Pod over the years, I had forgotten some of the earlier ones. I now have nearly 50 free music download albums. I am not aware that this has been publicized much so am posting this for info only in case others may wish to have a look at their account. Go into My Account and select Cloud

Perhaps changing the subject from Cloud account, but to Amazon or Amazon MarketPlace. Then you will find that Amazon keep a record of all sales, and they have done for ages.

For an example, purchase a CD or DVD then make another purchase of the same title at a later time, and Amazon will automatically notify you of the previous purchase.

Personally I think it is a good idea. Save confusion, if you make many purchases over time.
