...I bought one at full price back in September and ended up getting a refund. It turned out to be faulty, kept cutting out after boot up. My experience with Gericom Tech Support was not very impressive so I decided against a replacement.
I know it could just have been my bad luck but I found that I wasn't the only one to have problems.
Allegedly, Aldi can't shift these, they have had 2 goes at selling them this year already.
If you decide to go for it, just be aware that the "All Risk Insurance" has a large excess that could come as a shock if you need to make a claim.
