I am in the process in replacing my current home PC. I want a budget PC that I will use for general use, internet, music, and the odd game. I am have seen several models and was thinking about Zoostorm, Dell, or Acer from my local shop.
Has anyone had any experience with these brands and the customer service provided any advice is gratefully received

Dell do take a lot of beating especially if you decline their 3 years back to base 'option'.

I agree the Dells are hard to beat for value but do bear in mind that as you say you play the "odd game" the cheapest models click here have a very limited graphics card and no AGP slot.

Customer is excellent to my experience and they certainly have very good laptops. I bought one at Christmas there and am very pleased with it. They don't do many desktops so if you wanted a good deal you would be better going with another well known company that specialises in desktops mainly
