50" TV and Home Cinema help

My Scenario

I am just about to move into a new house and it is the perfect opportunity to upgrade and renew my TV system.

Unfortunately I have a budget. Under £600 for the TV. Possibly a Home Cinema system to bring the total up to £700ish.

My research

I have been looking at the 50" Panasonic Viera TX50AS500B. But don't know if it is my best option. I have seen it on reputable sources for £559, which would give me £150 to spend on a sound system. Of course if people know where I can get it cheaper I would love to know!

My TV Criteria:

1) HD

2) 1080p

3) Smart

4) LED

5) About 50"

6) Under £600

7) Reputable brand

8) Reliable product

9) Not 3D - have no interest in 3D and it is so expensive

Sound

The sound system I haven't researched too much, I know good ones are a lot higher than my budget. If it is an all or nothing job I will have to go with nothing! Can't really push the budget.

Additional Info

I have an Xbox One and if the TV and Xbox One work well together that would be ideal. I want to see what the Xbox can do!
