A couple of previous posts have asked people for experiences of Shepley Direct. The last was back in Feb 2003, when one person (Gareth) said they were excellent.

Anyone else had any experiences with them?

I'm particularly interested in after-sales service, as their products look good at reasonable prices (I'm in the market for a ~£700 desktop PC). They also seem to offer greater flexibility on building up a desktop package.

Good question.

They market in a low key way and come accross well.

You can see from the forum edited forum discussions that several of the manufacturers find providing a decent support service a challenge.

You can obviously the items relating to Time, Mesh etc.

I've had no problems however at all Dell, HP, or Evesham. Happy reading.
