I'm considering a new motherboard, processor & OS.
I'm very taken by Apple/Macs but can't afford one.
I've checked & all my hardware will run on Apple/Macs
Is it must be poss to get a motherboard to run the Apple OS.

You can run Apple OSX on Windows hardware, but you will need an emulator, such as Virtual PC.

Otherwise you need to go for Mac hardware.

Would I need a dedicated Apple motherboard or not.
If I go the Apple route will I still be able to run the other two PCs (Desktop running Me & Laptop running XP) on the home network.
If poss I don't realy want to have a windows OS on Apple PC at all.
I would be OK just upgrading a win OS to win OS but going down the Apple route I need all the help I can get.
Any more help would be gratefully recieved.
