Restoring iPhone 5 problem

  MartinSkipsey 21:56 20 Jan 15

I want to restore my daughters iPhone 5 in iTunes because she has forgotten her restrictions passcode. When i click on Restore iPhone, i get the following message - Find My iPhone must be turned off before iPhone can be restored. The message instructs me to do this in Settings/ iCloud on the phone. The problem is that iCloud is greyed out on the phone and therefore does not allow me to turn off Find My iPhone. How do I resolve this problem?

If not, you may have to sign in to iCloud on your laptop/PC and disconnect it from there.

Hi Martin!

I had the same problem with my iPhone and I couldn't manage it :( Until I sent it to click here and I got it back in about 3 days, all new and shiny.
