Outlook macro to repeat send at specified interval

Does anyone know if I can set up Outlook 2003 to automatically send the same email (Or any email, come to that) at selected intervals. We have an automated vending system which we are having problems with, and I want to eliminate the chance of it being our main server, so I want to run a test where I send an email every hour, on the hour from my pc to 2 different addresses over the weekend. Is this a ridiculous idea, or might it be possible?
Cheers
