New Life for Old Mac

  cylon 17:26 08 Jun 05

I have been given an old powermac G3 to play with. Iam trying to get some bits together but need a bootable CDROM in order to install the OS

Having read around a bit on the net it would appear that you cannot just stick any CROM drive into it. Apparently is has to be a special.

Is this True ? Does anyone know where cheap spares can be obtained from ?
