Hi,

I have MS Office XP installed on my desktop at home (it is an original MS disc I brought from PC World and is the full programme not an upgrade).

I have now brought a lap top and want to install MS Office on that as well.

Can I use the same disc? WIll it work, i.e you have to register it I think or it doesnt work after a few uses. And can I apply the relevant on line MS security upgrades etc. to it?

Appreciate any advices. Surely I dont have to fork out for another copy!!!

It is both physically possible and legal to do this.

You will have to activate it - there shouldn't be any problem with that.
