Moving Windows 10 and apps from multiboot drive

  Ivanovitch 12:22 22 Jan 16

I have a triple-boot drive with Windows XP on C drive, Windows 10 Pro (free upgrade from Vista)) on D drive, plus a Linux Mint partition. I select which OS to use via Grub. However I now want to make windows 10 my sole OS, and at the same time clone it to a new hard drive. I know I can clone a partition, but some of my Windows 10 applications are on C and some are on D (and some are spread over both)! Any suggestions how I can move Windows 10 and my apps to a new C drive?
