Macromedia Projector

I purchased Games and played them on Windows XP and now having changed to Vista, one of them won't work.

Keep getting the error message Macromedia projector has stopped working.

I've been into compatability and changed to play in Windows XP but all that does is send me back to the games site.

Any ideas?

Found this on another Forum,

"I had a similar problem running an old CD-ROM on Vista. I solved it by running the application in XP Compatibility mode - right click on the file and go to properties.

Come to think of it, when I set up the laptop a few applications automatically installed in compatibility mode. I thought nothing of it at the time."

Thanks for your reply. Yes I've been there and done that.

I can only go to compatability with Windows XP NOT Windows 98.

I'll keep persevering but judging by the number of references to this going back a couple of years, I am not alone. You'd have thought it would have been fixed by now.

Thanks again.
