MAC and Windows Hardware

can i use mac hard drives and ram on a windows pc? simple question i guess a simple answer! :-D

and used in a Mac the answer's 'no' - not until you have formatted it as either FAT32 or NTFS. That will of course mean that all files on the drive will be gone.

The RAM is a different matter, and provided it is compatible with your PC motherboard you can use it without any problem. The G4 Powermac in my office runs on 1 Gigabyte of P100 RAM modules from an old PC that we dismantled.

ok i have 2 old power pc macs and there not doin much so i would you think that the ram mods n the harddrives (when re-formatted) wouldnt be a problem! also what else can i use from them in a windows pc?
