iPod with Apple and Windows XP

Hello there!

I have a quick(ish) question about my iPod and the operating systems I can use it on.

I know when an iPod is first used, the user has to select either Windows or Mac for it to run on.

I selected Windows, and happily went about my ways with my music on my iPod and occasionally updating the somgs/podcasts on my iPod.

Now, I have transferred my music to my iMac.

Can an iPod be used on both Windows and Mac?

Is it easy to change the settinng of an iPod to convert it from windows to mac?

Would I have to reformatt my iPod and then start again?

Any other suggestions comments would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much!

if your using iTunes then it should work on both platforms you should not need to convert it
