How to add reminders to iCal without a time?

I like using reminder lists. Ideally, I would like a reminder list at the top of each day in iCal (Macbook 2010). I don't want an event with a reminder set on it, particularly not anything with a time. More, just a simple untimed list I would see each time I open the application. Is this possible? I would prefer not to have to switch between 2 applications constantly for this kind of thing.

If you make the event an all day event it presents as a list at the top in day view
