My wife has just got an iPad 4 and she wants to print on our network printer. We have a desktop pc running Windows 7, connected to a Brother DCP-195C printer via cable. I can print wireless from my Laptop via the network. Is it possible for her to print in a similar way, wireless ?

Thanx DD

Chjeck out the printer's compatibility with AirPrint. This is the app from Apple which allows wireless network printing. Google "airprint + brother dcp195c printer"

Thanx Newuser4165, but the printer does not support AirPrint

The majority of printers that an iPad can print to are wireless or connected by Ethernet to a router, not connected to a PC by cable. Brother have an iPrint&Scan app but your printer is not listed amongst the supported ones. Regret that you may not be able to print to it using the iPad.
