Can't receive email POP Yosemite

Hi guys, getting desperate now, I can't receive emails via mail through my pop email address. This is my work Macbook Air running Yosemite 10.10.3 (14D136). It worked fine Friday, I came in this morning opened up mail and have received nothing ever since.

Have removed account and started again and Connection Doctor says everything is fine, I can also send emails but can't receive. I've tried restarting, forcing close, different internet connections and everything I can think of.

Still works fine through my iPhone so no issues with the server and I can't think of where to go next?? Anyone had this issue or similar who could provide some help please?

Anti-virus software or firewall most probably as it works from other clients
