Hi, can I still get Canon i865 Driver for Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan? I was given an old printer and it works ok with my old (mountain lion) desktop but it would be helpful to also be able to run on my macbook air OS X 10.11 El Capitan. ?

You'll find the driver listed here, on the Canon support site.

Hello. Thanks for response. I did search the official Canon site beforehand and it said download was not available anymore for my operating system. I have gone through the links provided in your post and there appears to be no download for 10.11.6. I appreciate advice if I'm wrong?

You'll need to try the 10.11 driver, or the one marked Mac OS (all version).

Hi. I've clicked on link from previous post and- as before- I couldn't see 10.11 driver. I then clicked on Mac OS (all version) and I've downloaded 'ZipRar' and I've no-idea what I'm supposed to do next?

If you download from this page you should get a normal .dmg Apple installation file.

"I've clicked on link from previous post and- as before- I couldn't see 10.11 driver."

It's the one above MacOS (all version) - it's marked "Download Canon i865 Driver Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan"
