Can I run Mac OSX on a Windows Vista PC

I know that is possible now to run Windows on a PC with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor using the Parallels programme. Is it also possible to do it the other way around, i.e. Mac OSX on a Windows PC with Windows Vista 64 bit and an Intel Core 2 Quad processor?
Any advice gratefully accepted.
